Refund policy

At DJ Kali Krush, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at djkalikrushkollection@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
